I’m learning more about connecting with my angel and spirit guides right now and reading a book called Angels: Companions in Magick. The book has just now recommended an “angelic brainstorming session.”
The book recommends putting a floppy drive in and setting up a folder to type in, but I’m assuming that a 2022 equivalent will be fine. The steps are to write a word, then everything that comes to mind for two minutes. Repeat three times with three different words.

That was an interesting experience. With “Message,” I was able to feel like I was channeling, which I had success with last summer. This felt like a promising exercise and I will enjoy following up on the instructions to look at it again tomorrow and see if anything hits me differently than it is tonight.
I would encourage you, if you have a deep question for the Universe, to spend the time to reflect on an exercise like this one. I’m already feeling a lot of my brain fog from the COVID diagnosis start to lift. 💜
