I feel like the most blessed person...

Before Geneva’s coaching program, I was just going through the worst kind of stress and depression. I couldn’t even get myself to reply to a message. It felt so hard. In my mind, I felt like shit. Felt like there was no light at the end of the tunnel, and felt negative all the time. I felt like there was no light.
