Payments and Cancellations Policy
We understand that circumstances may change, and we want to be as flexible as possible while maintaining the integrity of our services.
Payments
- Payment for services is due in full at the time of booking or prior to the commencement of services, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
- We accept various payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Venmo, PayPal, Facebook Pay, Wise, CashApp, Revolut, Western Union, and Cash.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
- We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
- If you cancel or reschedule within the specified timeframe, we will do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee availability.
- In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, your payment may not be eligible to be applied to future services.
Refunds
- Due to the nature of our services, we generally do not offer refunds.
- However, in extenuating circumstances, we may, at our discretion, apply your payment towards future services. Please contact us to discuss your situation.
Extenuating Circumstances
- Extenuating circumstances may include, but are not limited to:
- Serious illness or injury
- Death in the family
- Natural disasters or other unforeseen events beyond your control

- We reserve the right to assess each situation on a case-by-case basis.
- The decision to apply payments to future services is at our sole discretion.
- We encourage open communication and will work with you to find a fair resolution whenever possible.
