Refund and Returns Policy

Payments and Cancellations Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and we want to be as flexible as possible while maintaining the integrity of our services.

Payments

  • Payment for services is due in full at the time of booking or prior to the commencement of services, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
  • We accept various payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Venmo, PayPal, Facebook Pay, Wise, CashApp, Revolut, Western Union, and Cash.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
  • If you cancel or reschedule within the specified timeframe, we will do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee availability.
  • In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, your payment may not be eligible to be applied to future services.

Refunds

  • Due to the nature of our services, we generally do not offer refunds.
  • However, in extenuating circumstances, we may, at our discretion, apply your payment towards future services. Please contact us to discuss your situation.

Extenuating Circumstances

  • Extenuating circumstances may include, but are not limited to:
    • Serious illness or injury
    • Death in the family
    • Natural disasters or other unforeseen events beyond your control

  • We reserve the right to assess each situation on a case-by-case basis.
  • The decision to apply payments to future services is at our sole discretion.
  • We encourage open communication and will work with you to find a fair resolution whenever possible.
