Reiki Healing Sessions

Reiki is a system of energetic healing that was first discovered by Mikao Usui, and is passed down from master to student through an individual process called attunements. These energy healings can heal everything from illness to distress to imbalances between your body, mind, and soul.

I’ve been studying reiki since the end of 2021, and have done sessions on people all over the planet through Zoom. If you are local to Boise, ID, we can meet in person, otherwise I am happy to offer you a Zoom session no matter where you are in the world.

During your reiki session, you will be relaxing in a comfortable position and may feel a tingling sensation, heat, or even nothing across your body. All of these are normal. After the session ensure that you stay hydrated and get extra rest.
